Musical Discovery
Junior Musical Discovery (JMD) or Senior Musical Discovery (SMD) is our core program where all students build the foundational skills needed before they can join another program or play their own music independently.
Choose guitar, piano, percussion and marimba, ukulele or band and songwriting as your main focus and build your music knowledge with people who share your passion. You can also try new instruments and play together as a band.
SoM Vancouver also offers our extremely popular Ukulele 55+ program with fun and community oriented group classes.
Partner Programs
SoM works with existing organizations to bring SoM's philosophy, teachings and instruments to the children and youth in their programs.
Outreach Programs
Our Outreach Programs provide access to students with transportation barriers by bringing SoM to them.
Camps
SoM offers a Spring Break Camp for existing students and a Summer Camp Orientation for new students each year.
